Wellness can be overwhelming, especially in High School. It’s a tricky age where one is expected to be an adult in many facets of life but isn’t seen as an adult. Balancing school, work, extra-curricular activities, family, and social life can be challenging and stressful. Habits learned and adapted now can stick around for years, making it essential to start healthy habits earlier in life.
I will work with your child to build healthier habits, improve their overall fitness, show them ways to manage stress, teach them commitment, enhance their time management skills, and improve their confidence. While I encourage all parents to participate and be as involved as possible, time is a commodity that is often in short supply and unable to be purchased. I will be keeping your child accountable, making sure they're following the plan, getting feedback, and relaying it all directly to you.
“As a father of two teenage daughters, I see the pressure today's world places on them. As a teenager battling weight, I understand firsthand the difficulties tied to it at that age. I'm here to build your child's confidence through physical fitness, proper nutrition, mental well-being, and respect.” - Coach Dustin
